Militarized Minutemen has a full outfit similar to this, but green or blue depending which you pick, and the scarfs I believe you can recolour but its not quite the same as the one youve shown. The only issue is the wrap scarf which doesnt allow that for some odd reason since that scarf is part of the mod.
